I love meringue cakes and this was no exception. Store-bought meringue rounds, layered with whipped cream and frozen-then-thawed berries and a little sugar. Easy as.. cake. And yummy.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
