A simple lunch from last weekend. Sausage from one of my favorite stores - Urban Deli - with parmesan, and a simple salad with apples, fennel, red onion, cucumber and snow peas.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
